I joined My Time in October of 2020. I have not been successful in utilizing gym memberships in the past (you know…sign up with good intentions, go a few times and then life gets busy) so I signed up for a 3 month agreement to start. Wow! I was surprised at the end of the three-month term I had been regularly attending the gym on average 3-4 times per week. I didn’t think I cared about a women only gym…I was wrong, I love it! The atmosphere is great, the women are supportive and friendly, and the instructors are fantastic. Needless to say, I've renewed my membership on an ongoing basis. If you are looking for a supportive, welcoming environment to work out in, look no further!
I’m so glad I joined My Time Women’s Fitness. Taking a new class in a gym can be intimidating, but everyone at My Time is so friendly and helpful. The other students will introduce themselves and show you the equipment you need or where things are located. The instructors are the best around. They give clear instructions, check form to prevent injuries, and provide adaptations for the beginner and the expert. There is a great variety of classes included in the membership fee and are offered both in the morning and evening. Every class I’ve taken has been fun, and as challenging as I decide I want it to be. The owner is awesome and is always seeking feedback to make this the best gym experience for all the students.
