Barre Above®

Fusing the best of Pilates, Yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. It is low impact and can be modified for ALL fitness levels! You will use the bars, light weights and do some core mat work as well, all followed by a great stretch!

Kettlebell AMPD

This class takes heart-pumping music and kettle bell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! The program uses lightweight kettle bells, in both traditional and non-traditional ways, to create a fun, effective full body workout. Combining the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise, this program is a safe and effective workout for all ages and fitness levels. PIYO®

PIYO® isn’t like standard Pilates and yoga classes. No long, intense poses, or dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PIYO® speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. This workout combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. Rock Your Ride 

Choose your bike and be ready to challenge yourself with sprinting, climbing, and jumping drills. Let the electric energy of the music pump you up to ROCK YOUR RIDE! Burn calories, improve cardio health and build a lean and defined lower body! All fitness levels are WELCOME! Reserve your spot at the front desk ahead of time as the number of bikes is limited. Absolutely NO specific bike reservations. First come, first serve.

Pilates

This is a low-impact form of exercise using controlled movements that will help muscle strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each mat exercise focuses on centering the body to gain better balance, coordination, and posture. Having a strong core not only helps at the gym, but, also, in every day life. “Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.” It is not just about great posture and a rock-hard core. It is more than just a physical exercise, and can radically enhance mental and emotional well being too!

Athletic Fitness Fusion

This class hits on all elements of fitness: cardio, strength, balance, flexibility. You will shape and define your whole body with effective, time-efficient methods using a variety of equipment. Workout ends with a hard core abdominal training segment. This class is great for all fitness levels.

HIIT FIT

High Intensity Interval Training will focus on cardiovascular endurance, but also improve muscular strength and endurance.  This full body workout will maximize calorie burn during and after class.  Modifications will be provided for low impact and high impact moves.

Turbo Kick®

TK is not your run-of-the-mill drill based cardio kickboxing class. You’ll have a blast getting into knockout shape—learning hard-hitting combos and losing yourself in the fun, fast rhythms of the pump-it-up music. Torch fat and carve lean muscle. The class consists of 45 min of punches and kicks combos and HIIT intervals (Turbos) followed by a lower body and core sections. From the amped-up music to the incredible energy, you’ll leave every class dripping sweat and ready to conquer anything!

R.I.P.P.E.D®

R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock® is a fitness program that incorporates a great variety of training methods in just one hour. It stands for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. The first five components are taught in a class (together with a bonus Core section), while the last component, Diet, can be found on rippedplanet.com. R.I.P.P.E.D. will challenge you whether you are a gym novice or a trained athlete, letting you experience an intense full body workout. You will sweat, work hard and feel very proud of your accomplishments, always being challenged and never bored! Modifications are provided for different fitness levels.

High Low Fitness

A sweaty blast with nostalgic and fun music from all decades and genres that will motivate you to the max! Simple and Easy to follow fitness choreography. This is a low impact steady state cardio and toning format. Take it High or Low. Options given for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! An energetic, fun, inspiring and welcome environment. Grab your water bottle and a towel to wipe off all that sweat and come get HIGH with us!

AMPD BUILD

AMPD Build focuses on interval and varied intensity training to burn calories, build muscle and improve cardiovascular endurance! No complex choreography. Simple and effective moves to help you get a strong healthy body. This is primarily a strength training class, with the added cardio benefits of interval training. Join us for this fun fast paced class to work your whole body and let's get that heart pumping and muscles burning!

This class is a fun low impact, muscular endurance and strength building exercise format. It consists of simple and effective movements and is great for all fitness levels. Upbeat Barre is inclusive to all and exemplifies a positive environment.  Cues and modifications are provided to ensure that everybody gets an effective workout, new and seasoned exercisers alike. One of the best aspects of Upbeat Barre is the energizing and fun music that drives this workout. The time flies by in this easy to follow, fun and effective class!

Yoga Stretch

Stretch your whole body in this class. We will flow from simple yoga poses to deep long stretches that will revitalize, realign and reenergize all the major muscle groups. You’ll improve your flexibility, balance and range of motion, while also strengthening your core and improving joint function. This class will leave you relaxed and restored both in body and mind.

Simply Strong

This class begins with a total body warm up and progresses into a total body sculpting class.  It is ideal for beginners or those of you who love the simple moves. The focus is on firming and toning the entire body through resistance exercises that are easy to follow and fun.  Low impact cardio segments to keep the blood flowing will be mixed in keeping things interesting.  Each class will include low back strengthening exercises and abdominals. You’ll finish the workout with gentle stretching.

Yoga 

This class can be translated to mean union of the body, mind, and spirit. It is non-competitive, self-paced, and sensitive to your body’s needs. Gently nurture your body through a series of physical postures to stretch and tone the muscles, release pressure in the joints, and align and strengthen the spine. Yoga also uses breathing exercises to calm and relax the mind.
